Activate your certificateCall the activation line to register it — and, for several certificates, choose your destination. Most activate at 803-485-1530; the Extended Getaway & $449 Premium Week use 801-993-1110.

Submit your refundable depositDownload the deposit form at ActivateMyTrip.com and mail it with a check or money order.

Request your travel datesOnce the deposit posts (about 5 business days), call reservations at 800-315-2065 with two possible departure dates — generally 60–90 days out and spaced 21–30+ days apart.

Work with your travel agentA dedicated agent is assigned about 45–75 days before travel (30–45 days for the Luxury Hotel Stay) to confirm flights, hotel, and the details of your trip.

Receive your documentsYour final travel documents arrive about 21 days before departure (14 days for the Luxury Hotel Stay).

Travel — and settle up taxesGovernment taxes & fees are drawn from your tax deposit; any unused balance is refunded to you.

Deposits are refundable until airline tickets or hotels are purchased. Exception: the $449 Premium Week is non-refundable once redeemed and canceled.

Both travelers must be 21 or older (where specified). Occupancy is typically up to 2 adults + 2 children.

// Timing & validity

Certificates are generally valid 12 months from activation (Luxury Hotel: 12 months from payment posting). Provide dates well in advance — usually 60–90 days.

No availability during major holidays; limited during conventions, peak weeks & special events. No Wisconsin Dells arrivals June–August.

// Not included

Airfare on hotel-only certificates (Extended Getaway, Luxury Hotel), resort fees, baggage, transfers, meals, gratuities & local occupancy taxes.
